Discuss and take appropriate action on renting the unused and excess portion of the Hutto Annex to Bluebonnet Trails Community Services.

Background

1. Find that the excess portion of the annex is not needed for the housing of county or district offices, county or district courts, justice of the peace courts, county records or equipment (including voting machines), or county jail facilities, or for the conducting of other public business;
2. Decide whether to offer the space to Bluebonnet; and
3. Either set out the lease/rent terms or instruct Commissioner Morrison to negotiate the lease/rent terms and bring back a lease for consideration and approval.
