Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for Park Donations:

Background

Donations include $19.76 for firewood from The County Line on the Lake, $100.00 from Comissioner Lisa Birkman for a memorial tree in memory of Shirley Schwertner, and $100.00 from Lou Sariego for a memorial tree in honor of Patricia Wright, as well as several anonymous donations for firewood.
