Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for WCEMS.

Background

Please consider approviing a line item transfer for monthly increase on EMS Ambulance and Personnel Space, Georgetown Hospital Medic 32 lease renewal. The current monthly lease is $864.00 per month and will increase to $885.76 or $21.76 per month effective Feb. 1, 2012. This line item transfer will be for the months Feb. through Sept. 2012 (8) covering the remainder of FY'12 for a total $174.08 as covered in signed agreement "Automatic One Year Extension Term:. The attached letter was reviewed by Hal Hawes and Kenny Schnell.
