Review and consider a public sale of property at a delinquent tax sale by the County of Williamson, Texas

Background

The attachment list the properties for the public sale at a delinquent tax sale. The properties did not receive sufficient bids as set by law and were struck off to The County of Williamson, Texas. The County of Williamson, Texas does hereby request the Constable of Williamson County, Texas conduct a public sale of the described properties to the highest bidder for cash with a minimum bid of $500.00 for each property.
