Discuss and take apprpriate action on Determination Letter for mitigation under the County's Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) for Ronald Ragan Boulevard, Phase IV, from near intersection with SH 195 to near intersection with IH-35.
Background
A copy of the proposed Determination Letter is attached along with a support document for incorporating an in-kind contribution of the county offsetting the karst impact mitigation for this roadway project.
