To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Department 451/JP #1

Background

We need to have the funds available to do a Purchase requistion to replace the Kyocera copiers in our office to Cannon copiers. These copieres are rented monthly. After speaking with our vendor and being notifyed the state contract will cover Cannon or Xerox Copiers we have chose to replace the current copiers before the deadline of August 2011. The amount we have budgeted for the rent on two copiers will need to be increased when we have them replaced woth the Cannon Copiers.
