Discuss and take appropriate action on the potential substantial amendment to the FY10 CDBG Action Plan to include the funding of the Bagdad Activity Center.
Background

Consider amending the FY10 CDBG Action Plan to include costs associated with the rehab and repair of the Bagdad Activity Center located in Leander, TX.  The center was damaged by an electrical fire.  Updates include but are not limited to a new electrical system, updated hot water heater, and updates to improve energy efficiency.  Allocation amount to be discussed at time of presentation.
