Discuss and take appropriate action on determination letter for a 309 acre tract, Testamentary Trust of Marvin August Andres for Richard Lee. Tract is located at 2501 CR 234, Georgetown.

Background

This determination letter incorporates a Deed of Conservation Easement (Easement) covering 39.40 acres and has a named karst feature, Coffin Cave. The Easement would be to the county in trust for the Williamson County Conservation Foundation as a preserve. An example Easement document is attached along with a map of the preserve tract and a plat of the land.
