Consider awarding bids received for Crack Sealing Services to the lowest and best bid meeting specifications, primary vendor - RHB Construction; secondary vendor - DIJ Construction
Background
These bids have been evaluated on the best value for the County considering price, references and past relationship with the County. A primary, secondary and tertiary vendor will be awarded as the URS department requires that sufficient crews are available for work to be completed within a tight time frame.
