Discuss and take appropriate action on mitigation and Participation Determination for a City of Georgetown project. The project is improvements to a section of DB Wood Road and Shell Road at at the Williams Drive Intersection and includes widening of the roadway and addition of turn lanes. WCCF Application #20100122.
Background
The review of the referenced project has been completed in accordance with the Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan (RHCP). The mitigation fee for the referenced project will be $781.00 covering the right of way in the karst area.
Upon approval by the Court and following receipt of the appropriate mitigation fee from the City of Georgetown a Participation Agreement will be prepared.
