Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Infrastructure Department
Background
Last week the Court approved a line item transfer to fund the "Infrastructure" salaries. In completing this transfer, we inadvertently left out his cell phone stipend. This transfer will cover that annual expense with an effective date of 12/1/2009.
