Discuss and consider approving Huggins/Seiler & Associates, LP Supplemental #1 to their Reagan Blvd., Phase 4 Professional Service Agreement (PSA) adding the FM 1460 (Old Settlers Blvd. to University) project.

Background

The FM 1460 (Old Settlers Blvd. to University) project would be its own Work Authorization #2 also attached. No additional money was added to base contract. Task 1 - Lump Sum Amount was discussed with County Auditor and Attorney's offices.
