Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs on Pass Through Bond for various invoices in the amount $81,686.49 associated with US 79 Section 5A (PTT0204-04-040) and US 79 Section 5B (PTT0204-04-042).

Background

Pass Through Finance Revenue Bond expected to be issued by the end of February 2009 and the general fund will be reimbursed once bonds are issued.
