Consider authorization of Votec Corporation as sole source supplier for electronic poll book (e-pollbook) voting software for the ballot activation process by election officials during an election.
Background

This software is used in place of paper based poll books for voter lookup, verification, identification, precinct assignment and is not vote counting equipment.
