Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs on Pass Through Finance Bond for Office of Attorney General in the amount of $9,500.00 associated with a non-departmental expenditure (PTT 1).
Background

The Office of Attorney General invoice are the filing fees for the second issuance of the Pass Through Bond.  Once the bonds are issued, the general fund will be reimbursed.
