Discuss and consider adoption of resolution regarding non-emergency curfew.

Background

Williamson County’s nighttime juvenile curfew is in need of being renewed since the county’s last curfew expired back in 2001 (each curfew order must be renewed every 3 years per Chapter 370 of the Texas Local Government Code). The revised resolution and order is based on the original version of the prior curfew with a few minor changes. (See red-lined version attached) Please note that this is only a nighttime curfew as opposed to also being a daytime curfew.
