Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental
Background
In 2008, we had four digital radios budgeted in the general fund for MOT; this invoice has just now been received. Monies in 2008 were not expended and went back into reserves. This line item transfer will allow the radios to be paid out of the correct line item in 2009.
