Discuss & consider authorizing the County Judge to sign Grazing Lease contract with Bob Wunsch.

Background

The Grazing Lease for the Byers tract was approved in court on December 16, 2008. The contract for the lease attached to the RFQ was signed by Mr. Wunsch to be effective February 1, 2009. Mr. Wunsch has met the payment obligations and the contract is in order to sign. The signed contract approved by Mr.’s Hawes and Gilger is attached. Thank you.
