Discuss and take appropriate action on the appointment or reappointment of Commissioners Court members to boards and committees.

Background

On Jan. 9, 2007, the Commissioner's Court made appointments to boards and committees as shown in the minutes that are attached. Now that two members of the court are beginning their new terms in office and some appointments have been revised, deleted and added, Commissioner Birkman would like to discuss and possibly further revise the appointment list. For example, she was recently appointed to the Capital Area Rural Transportation System board by the court.
