BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:14 A.M. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2008, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. art. 6702-1, acting as ex-officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, the following being present, to-wit:
