Discuss and approve noting the scriveners error affidavit from a 25 foot side building set-backlines to be
15 foot side building set-backlines for Cierra Vista Subdivision, which is filed for record in the County Clerk Records Cabinet DD, slides 314-317. Pct. # 2

Background

This is an error that was made on the plat, however the restrictions for the subdivision do list the correct information for side building setback-lines at 15 feet.
