Consider authorizing Project Budget Transfer request to move $2,850,043.03 from P164 non-departmental to P182 Byer Park Land for purchased park land.

Background

All funds are currently in P164 non-departmental. The funds used to purchase the Byer tract need to be transfer to Byer Park Land Project to separate expenses and revenue from the other funds in non-departmental. Please refer to attached checks for futher information.
