Consider authorizing Project Budget Transfer of 2006 GO Parks monies to move $2,315,771.04 from P164 Non-Departmental to P181 Whitney Tract for purchased park land.

Background

All the funds are currently being held in the P164 non-departmental. The funds need to be transfer to Whitney Tract Project for accounting purposes of separating expenses and revenue from the other funds in non-departmental. Please refer to attached check on further information.
