Consider reappointment of Gene Gatlin and Sandra Taylor to the ESD #4 Board.

Background

Sandra Taylor was appointed on 10/16/2007 to complete the remainder (less than 2 months) of a resigning commissioner's term. Mr. Gatlin serves as the ESD's Secretary-Treasurer and would also like to be reappointed to the board. ESD #4 will have three commissioners with terms expiring on 12/31/2008 and the above-mentioned commisioners terms will expire on 12/31/2009.
