Consider authorizing Project Budget transfer of 2006 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: transfer $228,264.50 P180 Right of Way to P158 CR 104/SH 29 Improvements per attached right of way expenses.

Background

P180 Right of Way has a budget of $15,000,000.00 for payment of right of way expenses for all projects under the 2006 Road Bond. Every few months the expenses need to be allocated back to the appropriate project
