Consider authorizing Project Budget Transfer of 2006 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: transfer $367,296.45 from P180 Right of Way to P157 CR 111/Westinghouse Road as per attached right of way expenses.
Background
P180 Right of Way has a budget of $15,000,000.00 for payment of right of way expenses for all projects under the 2006 Road Bond. Every few months the expenses need to allocated back to the appropriate project.
