Discuss and consider approval of Preliminary/Final of the Feduccia Subdivision. Pct. #2

Background

The Feduccia Subdivision consiting of 10.87 acres being four lots. The four lots would be accessing from
CR 258. Lot 2 and lot 3 will be sharing an access easement. CR 258 has a 35.5' right-of-way at this location. Mr. Feduccia is dedicating a 20' right-of-way. Water service is availble through Chisholm Trail Special Water District
