Discuss and consider approving Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) Supplemental #1 to their SE Inner Loop Professional Service Agreement.
Background
This allows for the execution of WA #2, #3 and future anticipated work.  Also, their hourly rate schedule matches their original PSA except they have added three new positions (Sr. RPLS, Survey Technician and 3 Man Survey Crew).
