BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:49 A.M. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2015, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the November 17, 2015 meeting.

2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey
Motion: To approve the first quarterly payment to the Williamson Central Appraisal District (WCAD) in the amount of $2,239.50.
