Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a lease agreement and associated documents with Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC for IT Network Equipment and Services pursuant to State Of Texas Department Of Information Resources Contract No. DIR-TSO-2544.

Background

This DIR contract is for the rebuild of the County's network including Consulting Services to assist with assessing the County's needs and a lease for equipment necessary. This is a not-to-exceed cost with the exact bill of materials to be determined after the execution of the planning phase (the current costs are estimates).
