Background
This is the next section of the Sonterra West development. It consists of 53 single family lots and 2,413 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a cash performance bond in the amount of $59,750 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
