Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the participation by Williamson County EMS in the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Ambulance Supplemental Payment Program.
Background
The supplemental payment program allows approved governmental ambulance providers to submit an annual cost report and receive supplemental payments up to reconciled cost in accordance with State And Federal rules for services. The program is only available to governmental entities that provide ambulance services. This is the initial request to submit an application for participation approval. This does not require any additional matching funds beyond providing our current services.
