Background

This preliminary plat was previously approved by the Commissioners Court on January 4, 2011, and will expire on January 4, 2016. Since that approval, the Owner had has experienced issues with TCEQ on providing the water supply. Most of these issues have since been resolved. The Owner does does now plan to move the project forward, and is requesting re-approval of the preliminary plat with no further changes.
