Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2015 donation dollars for the Sheriff's Office Donations:

Background

The Sheriff's Office received donations for Victim's Assistance throughout the year. At the end of Fiscal Year 2015, $851.66 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2015 donations to be spent in 2016.
