Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2015 donation dollars for Veterans Services:

Background

Veterans Services received donations throughout the year. At the end of Fiscal Year 2015, $956.85 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2015 donations to be spent in 2016.
