Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with the SH 29 at Cedar Hollow project.
Background
The SH 29 at Cedar Hollow project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution and Abatement Plan (WPAP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of KC Engineering Inc., the design engineer, to submit the needed WPAP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
