Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointing Jon R. Fischer to the ESD10 Board. Mr. Fischer will replace A.P. Patschke who resigned effective April 14, 2015. Mr. Fischer will complete the unexpired two year term which ends December 31, 2016.
