Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB#1509-013- Fog Seal Cul-de-Sac for Williamson County Road and Bridge to Alpha Paving Industries LLC.

Background

Alpha Paving was the only bid received. Alpha Paving's current bid, 1509-013 for Fog Seal Cul-de-Sac came in at the same unit price as two previous Fog Seal projects (Woodland Park and Blockhouse Creek) in which Alpha Paving was the lowest, best bidder.
