Background
This is the next section of the Rancho Sienna development. It consists of 54 single-family lots and 3757 linear feet of new public roadway. This subdivision is grandfathered under the 2000 subdivision regulations, therefore no plat review fees are due. Construction has not been completed, however, a performance bond has been posted to cover the remaining construction.
