Discuss and take appropriate action to amend the 2015-2016 Budget Order.
Background
Attached is language to amend Section III Supplemental Pay of the Budget Order. The new items are in red (Items 10 and 11). The item in blue is for references purposes only. It is all ready in the Budget Order and is being paid presently. These supplements would be paid from the District Attorney Asset Forfeiture Fund. Per Chapter 59 of the Code of Criminal Procedure any salaries paid from forfeited funds require the approval of the Commissioners Court.
