Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the District Attorney.
Background
The District Attorney has always had a part time Discovery position in their office. For FY 16 they requested a full time person and forgot to ask for monies to continue the part time position should the full time slot not be recommended/approved (which is wasn't). This transfer would pay for the position to continue to FY 16.
