Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on permanent storm sewer and drainage easement, and temporary construction easement through Champion Park.
Background
Due to flooding conditions on Brushy Creek Road, the City of Cedar Park is requesting that the storm water runoff from The Park at Brushy Creek subdivision be routed underneath Brushy Creek Road, through Champion Park, and directly into Brushy Creek.
