Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on exempting ESRI, Inc. from the competitive bidding or proprosal requirements established by Section 262.024 (a) (7) of the Texas Local Government Code, as the sole source provider of the software maintenance for our GIS software that is proprietary and supported only by Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI).
