Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 9 in the amount of -$29838.19 for County Road 170, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 4.
Background
This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities on the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. This Change Order also adds a new Contract Item to charge the Contractor for additional engineering costs required to verify positive drainage under as-built conditions.
