Background

This is a rural subdivision located on the west side of Ronald Reagan Boulevard across from the Santa Rita Ranch development. It consists of 95, one-acre single-family lots and 11,249 feet of new public roads. West Elizabeth Park Boulevard is a part of the overall proposed arterial roadway plan, and the alignment of this road has been coordinated with the developer for the (yet unnamed) rural subdivision located immediately to the west of this plat.
