Background
This is an agreement between Gallagher Benefit Services on behalf of the Group Health and Welfare Plans of Williamson County entered into on October 22, 2013. This agreement allows for the provision of Health Related - Benefits Broker consultant services to the County in relation to its Employee Health Benefit Plan. This is the 2nd extension of this agreement.
