Motion: To approve the Minutes of the November 18, 2014 meeting; with the following amendments being made to Agenda Item #67:
1) The addition of $6,619.00 to the Estimated Project Budget for Land Acquisition for a new total of $4,439,350.00.
2) The reduction of $151,419.00 from the Estimated Project Budget for River Ranch County Park for a new total of $9,348,790.00.
3) The addition of $151,419.00 to the Estimated Project Budget for Twin Lakes Park for a new total of $1,351,500.00.
4) The addition of $6,619.00 to the Initial Funding at River Ranch County Park for a new total of $7,004,107.27.
