Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Amendment #2 to the Agreement Between Williamson County, Texas (County) and Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) being dated January 26, 2010 whereby CCA agrees to pay the county $2,000 per month in addition the original $6,000 per month in relation to the costs and expenses associated with employing a County representative to serve as a liaison between the County, ICE and CCA related to the services to be performed under the Intergovernmental Services Agreement at the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility.

Background

This CCA Amendment amends the amount of compensation to be paid to the county. An additional $2K will be added to the original $6K amount that is paid by CCA to the county. The additional $2K was added to cover fringes of the county employee.
