Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Modification P00014 to the Intergovernmental Services Agreement (IGSA) being dated January 27, 2010 between Williamson County, Texas and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) whereby the parties agree to extend the IGSA relating the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility for an additional five (5) years commencing January 28, 2015 pursuant to Article VII of the IGSA.
Background
The IGSA extension modification will extend the ICE IGSA for an additional 5 years beginning January 28, 2015. Either party will be able to terminate the agreements upon 90 days advance notice.
