Discuss, consider and take appropriate action designating (1) Bill Burba; (2) Fred Summers; (3) Salome DonJuan; (4) Owen Couchman; and (5) Kary Wesley to serve as the representatives to negotiate with the City of Leander for the provision of services to an area to be annexed by the City, to-wit: Falcon Oaks Subdivision, after such area is annexed by the City in accordance with Section 43.0562 of the Local Government Code.

Background

Hal Hawes has approved the agenda wording and supplied the attachment of Sec. 43.0562 Negotiations Required from the Local Government Code for involuntary annexation of subdivision.
